Great Bay NERR is having volunteers observe with Nature's Notebook to serve as an outreach and volunteer engagement in monitoring program and to get their community involved in seeing real-time affects of climate change in the surrounding environment. The will be monitoring Blackgum, Sugar maple, Phragmites, Red-winged Blackbird, Osprey, Northern Spicebush, American Toad, Bald Eagle, Mallard Duck, and American Black Duck, all of which are marked or found within the surrounding area of the Discovery Center on Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in Greenland, NH.
