2012 Farm Journal Data On Bird Wildlife

Abstract:
The hummingbirds were sort of fighting around the hummingbird feeder this year again and I thought that it was probably close to mating time for them. We've kept seeing about 5-7 wild turkeys lately and one big Tom turkey with a long beard. Around March we saw a couple of deer in an elder farmer's field. As of May 2, 2012 today at 6:19 a crane flew from our lake and I walked down the hill and saw the same partially wild white duck and a regular group of 5 Canadian geese looking for food that just got done with finding mates for mating season. Around March the birds all started singing and over the winter we watched some in the first snow at the bird feeder. This is just a journal observation*
