Roses are first blooming on our farm today. Last year they bloomed around this time. The year before that they bloomed on May 30, 2010. This was the observation of our Rose bush under the Cedar tree. It must find good moisture there. It bloomed after the rain on April 28, 2012 this year. Our Lilac this year bloomed on March 27, 2012. Every year I smell the roses and lilacs and watch for new baby animals.
