Phenology Literature Review of Plant Phenological Cues

Abstract:
Data are of a literature review conducted by to study plant phenological cues (e.g., to temperature, precipitation, photoperiod, irradiance etc.) using ISI Web of Science. The data were used in the following publication (see especially the 'Appendix S1. Literature review description and references' for methods): Pau, S., Wolkovich, E. M., Cook, B. I., Davies, T. J., Kraft, N. J. B., Bolmgren, K., Betancourt, J. L. and Cleland, E. E. (2011), Predicting phenology by integrating ecology, evolution and climate science. Global Change Biology, 17: 3633–3643. doi: 10.1111/j.1365-2486.2011.02515.x Data Table: PhenLitReview_Phys.csv Data Table: PhenLitReview_Climate.txt Data Table: PhenLitReview_DatabaseSearchResults.csv Data Table: PhenLitReview_MetadataTab.txt See http://knb.ecoinformatics.org/knb/metacat/wolkovich.24.3/knb for Methods. Sampling Description: See two text files submitted with data and see also: Appendix S1 in Pau, S., Wolkovich, E. M., Cook, B. I., Davies, T. J., Kraft, N. J. B., Bolmgren, K., Betancourt, J.
